The "Ar-PSA" is a PSA argon gas generation device capable of recovering high-purity argon (max. 99.999%). It can purify and separate argon-rich gas emitted from RH vacuum degassing furnaces and silicon single crystal pulling devices into high-purity argon gas. Compared to nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, the adsorption amount of argon on the adsorbent zeolite is small, allowing for separation.
